These terms apply when you browse, create an account, publish an ad or otherwise use Ghar.ie. The service is currently free to use.
What Ghar.ie does
Ghar.ie provides a place for people to publish and discover property listings in Ireland. Ghar.ie is not an estate agent, landlord, seller, buyer, property owner, surveyor, solicitor or financial adviser. It does not own, inspect or verify listings.
Accounts and listings
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account and listing information.
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- Only publish content you have the right to use. Do not post misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent or harmful material.
- You remain responsible for your listing, its accuracy, its availability and communications with other users.
Contacting and dealing with others
Enquiries and tour requests are requests for contact only; they do not reserve a property or create a tenancy, sale, contract or other agreement. Users must carry out their own checks and deal directly with each other.
Moderation and availability
We may edit, refuse, suspend or remove content or accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular search ranking, responses to a listing or a successful transaction.
Fees and changes
There are currently no paid listing plans, memberships, checkout services or refunds on Ghar.ie. If this changes, the relevant terms will be published before any paid service is offered.
Irish law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any consumer protections that apply to you.
