We provide a digital platform where users can create listings, connect with potential buyers or tenants, and access membership-based promotional tools.
We are not a property agency and do not own, manage, or verify the accuracy of any listings. All listings are created by users who are solely responsible for their content and accuracy.
3. Membership Plans and Payments
We offer both free and paid membership plans. Paid plans give users access to enhanced features such as:

Dashboard analytics and insights
Lead management tools
Email alerts and visibility boosts
Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed via Stripe and PayPal Checkout.
Ghar.ie does not collect or store any card details or payment information.
All transactions are handled directly on Stripe or PayPal’s secure checkout pages.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide transparency and fairness in our refund process.
Users may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if the paid features have not been used (for example, if no featured listings were activated or no premium tools accessed).
If any part of a membership plan has been used, the plan becomes non-refundable.
After 14 days from purchase, all payments are non-refundable, in line with standard practices across Irish property platforms.
Refunds can be requested by emailing su*****@**ar.ie with your invoice or order number.
Important: Once a refund is processed, your membership benefits will be immediately revoked, and any active listings or upgrades associated with that plan will revert to standard visibility.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and post listings.
All listings must contain accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information.
Misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent listings are prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Ghar.ie reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Listing Accuracy
All property listings must be truthful and non-misleading. Ghar.ie reserves the right to review, modify, or remove listings that:
Contain false or illegal information,
Violate Irish property or advertising regulations,
Include inappropriate or spam content.
We are not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages resulting from inaccurate listings.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
We comply with GDPR and Irish data protection laws.
We never sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
You can delete your account anytime via your dashboard. Once deleted, your account data and listings are permanently removed.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials on Ghar.ie — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — are protected by copyright and remain the property of Ghar.ie or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Ghar.ie a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it for service delivery and promotional purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ghar.ie provides its services “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or performance of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghar.ie is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services.
Users agree to use Ghar.ie at their own risk and discretion.
10. Advertising and Third-Party Links

11. Account Suspension or Termination

Terminated accounts lose access to listings, analytics, and membership features.
